Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Hindbhumi Ayurveda. We appreciate your trust in our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may return most new, unopened products within 3 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

    • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our Customer Care at hindbhumiayurveda@gmail.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  3. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and credited  on your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, please first check your bank account.

  • Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hindbhumiayurveda@gmail.com.
